Thank you for shopping at ClarioNest. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders within the United States.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day of being placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days; we will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, delivery within the United States typically takes between 5 and 12 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method used. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $29 or more. Orders under $29 are charged a flat shipping rate of $4.99. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

Delays

ClarioNest is not liable for any delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
